⠀⠀In my personal opinion, advent of media and information literacy helps and does not helps us to become closer to God, our family and the nation. It helps us in a way wherein everything is already and can be found in the internet. The Bible can now be access through the internet and devotions are made through site or apps. Family on the other hand helps us reach out to those who are far away from us. Lastly for the nation, it does help us because we can get the news and updates firsthand due to different media and information outlets. It doesn’t help us as well because it takes us away, it consumes us wherein we are all about the internet all the time, we barely have time for ourselves and spend time with God and or our family physically wherein we are not distracted by the media. It keeps us apart from each other yet it also keeps us together at times.
